June saw sales more than DOUBLE from May of last month- Sales activities were up 113%!! Low inventory, low interest rates and the new CMHC rules -that came into effect on July 1- making it harder for Buyers to qualify for their mortgage, are all factors that have attributed to such a busy month of sales…Guess the Spring time market came a bit later than usual!
