Home prices in the Fraser Valley continued to become more affordable, but sales saw in increase month over month! The number of active listings has fallen, indicating higher absorption. Generally the summer months are quite slow as the majority of people purchase in the Spring so that they can move in the summer and be settled before life gets back to routine in the Fall, however, that has not been the case this summer! I, and my team have had my busiest July on record and looking at the Fraser Valley Stats, sales are high compared to recent years for this time of year.
