Fraser Valley home prices continued to edge downward, with Benchmark prices for all property types down:

- Single Family Detached: At $1,335,200 the Benchmark price for an FVREB single-family detached home decreased 1.1 per cent compared to June 2026 and decreased 8.3 per cent compared to July 2025.
- Townhomes: At $757,300 the Benchmark price for an FVREB townhome decreased 0.9 per cent compared to June 2026 and decreased 7.1 per cent compared to July 2025.
- Apartments: At $469,500 the Benchmark price for an FVREB apartment/condo decreased 1.4 per cent compared to June 2026 and decreased 9.1 per cent compared to July 2025.
